Our beautiful bar is an eye-catching centrepiece, hand-crafted by London Reclaimed, serving an extensive range of cocktails, beer & wine. Our cocktail list is a melange of classics and frequently changing mixes, including the seasonal use of herbs and plants grown on our farm at Hazeldene. Our bottled beer selection represents areas from all around the UK, with the majority of the list celebrating breweries and counties that are close to our hearts. The wine list focuses predominantly on Old World wine with the addition of some exciting natural and biodynamic bottles. As well as a substantial range by the glass, we are thrilled to now be able to offer some rarer or more unusual varieties & vintages using the Corovin™ system. Pazos das Bruxas, Albariño, 2014, Familla Torres, Rías Baixas, Spain
Clean, fresh and mineral with a pleasingly smooth, warm finish, grown on seasoned family vineyards in Galicia. It is unoaked with perfect freshness and incredible with fish and seafood.£7.5 £28

From one of England's few truly organic vineyards, this wine was always going to be on our list! It has full fruit, smoothly integrated flavours and an appetising finish. Many stylistic similarities to a New Zealand Sauvignon.£37.5

Fanny Sabre’s winery grows their grapes organically and harvests and bottles them manually – a true labour of love, and it shows! Here is a beautifully pure example of a classic Burgundy Chardonnay – rich, buttery and fresh. £48

Côte du Rhone AOP, Grenache/Mourvedre/Syrah, 2012, Xavier Vignon, France
Not your average Côte du Rhône – Xavier is arguably the most experienced winemaker in the valley. His wines are a showcase of classy winemaking. This vintage has a beautiful colour and a generous nose, full of fruit and spice.
 
Beaumont Syrah, 2014, David Reynaud, Crozes-Hermitage, France
The grapes in this 100% Syrah are farmed fully Biodynamically and hand-harvested in Beaumont-Monteux. Rich, peppery and powerful, incredible with red meat, mushroom, and rich vegetable dishes.
 
Carnuntum Blaufränkish, 2012, Muhr-Van der Niepoort, Carnuntum, Austria
Elegant, dark and beautifully smooth, this 100% Blaufränkish is a true labour of love which is reflected in it’s taste. Aromas of dark fruit, chocolate and wild flowers burst on the palate with a long, sophisticated finish.
 
CRFT Arranmore, Pinot Noir, 2014, Piccadilly Valley – Adelaide Hills, Australia
A deliciously fruity number, this Pinot is sweet and inviting, bursting with pomegranate and berry flavours. The grapes are handpicked and pressed in French oak. Unfiltered for a juicy, natural finish.
 
Suertes del Marques La Solana, Listan Negro, 2012, Valle de la Orotava DO, Tenerife
A juicy, smoky & elegant wine produced using grapes from 100-year-old vines indigenous to this volcanic island. A long mineral finish also offers herbaceous tones of lavender & some subtle spice.
 
Vino di Anna ‘Qvevri’ Etna DOC, 2014, Anna Martens, Etna Rosso, Italy
If you have never tried the beautiful Nerello Mascalese grape then perhaps you should begin with this masterpiece of natural wine making by Eric Narioo & Anna. They tend their 60-100-year-old bush vines on the basalt soils of Mount Etna, where the cool nights give a delightful freshness to the sweet Nerello fruits.

Made using 100% Mencia grapes, this single vineyard wine offers up crushed red fruit in abundance, forest floor aromas & an unbelievably velvety palate. Pure bliss with beef, veal or even rich fish dishes.
